Housing - Community Development Administration - Financial Assistance Programs for Purchasing a Home Near Work

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Housing and Community Development to administer a home buyer assistance program that assists home buyers to receive specified low-interest mortgages to buy homes near their workplaces and coordinates with, and matches where appropriate, similar programs under specified circumstances; exempting specified community development projects from income requirements; designating specified community development projects as the "Live Near Your Work" (LNYW) program; etc.
