Entitled:
Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Teachers' Retirement Income

Synopsis:

Providing a subtraction modification under the State income tax for specified retirement income received by an individual that is attributable to employment as a public school teacher in the State; providing that retirement income that is included in a specified subtraction may not be taken into account for purposes of the income tax subtraction modification for specified retirement income of individuals who are at least 65 years old or who are disabled or have disabled spouses; etc.
