Creation of a State Debt - Cecil County - Camp Grove Point

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $123,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping of Camp Grove Point, including an equestrian center, new shelters, and additional showers, located in Earleville, in Cecil County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
