Authorizing employers who require job-related drug testing to test a
breath specimen using an evidential breath measurement device;
requiring that an evidential breath measurement device be operated by
a breath alcohol technician qualified under specified standards;
requiring an alcohol breath test to be conducted in a specified order
and manner; establishing a level at or above 0.02 to be considered a
positive result on an alcohol breath test; etc.
