Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund - Eligibility for Coverage

Synopsis:

Altering the requirement that the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund issue a specified insurance policy to specified persons that have attempted in good faith to obtain a policy from at least two substandard insurers and have been rejected or refused the policy by two substandard insurers; repealing a provision of law that entitles a policyholder in the Fund to continuation of coverage from the Fund at specified rates under specified circumstances; etc.
