Agricultural Land Preservation - Termination of Agricultural Districts

Synopsis:

Authorizing the termination of an agricultural district after at least 30 months and before 5 years have elapsed if the Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation has not purchased an agricultural easement on the property and the landowner provides notice to the Foundation at least 30 days before the termination; providing that termination is not effective until the landowner executes and records the termination in the land records; etc.
