Income Tax - Credit for Firearms Storage Containers

Synopsis:

Providing for a credit against the State income tax for 20% of the costs incurred by licensed firearms dealers for specified firearms storage safes or vaults; prohibiting the unused amount of the credit from being carried over to any other taxable year; providing that the credit does not affect specified federal income tax deductions or exclusions; and making the Act contingent upon the taking effect of another Act.
