Ferret Protection Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified commercial entities from transporting, selling, or offering for sale ferrets under specified circumstances; prohibiting specified commercial entities from spaying or castrating a ferret that is less than 6 weeks old; requiring specified commercial entities to provide specified certifications; authorizing specified commercial entities to transport, sell, or offer for sale to a ferret breeder a ferret that has not been spayed or castrated; etc.
