Mid-Atlantic Regional Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether Compact

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of the Environment to negotiate with the surrounding Mid-Atlantic states on the creation of a Mid-Atlantic Regional Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether Compact; requiring the members of the Compact to study specified issues; and requiring the Department to submit a report to the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2006.
