Synopsis:

Providing for credits against State taxes for investments in biotechnology companies; providing for applications to the Department of Business and Economic Development for approval of the credit and certification by the Department to investors of approved credit amounts; providing for the issuance of specified initial credit certificates by the Department, subject to specified requirements and limitations; etc.
