Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Delta Lambda Foundation Outreach Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $556,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Delta Lambda Foundation, Inc. for the acquisition, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building to serve as an outreach center offering programs such as after-school activities for elementary children; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
