Public Education Bridge to Excellence - Funding - Video Lottery Terminals

Synopsis:

Authorizing video lottery terminals to be regulated by the State Lottery Commission; specifying where the terminals may be located; creating Class A and Class B video lottery operation licenses; requiring Class A licensees to conduct specific horse racing activities but not requiring Class B licensees to conduct horse racing activities; creating the Thoroughbred Purse Dedication Fund, the Standardbred Purse Dedication Fund, and the Education Trust Fund; providing for the distribution of revenues from terminals; etc.
