Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Tall Trees Park Community Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $900,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a community center to be built on the grounds of Tall Trees Park in the Essex and Middle River area of Baltimore County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
