Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Vehicle Tracking Devices

Synopsis:

Allowing an individual an income tax subtraction modification for the costs of a vehicle tracking device installed on a motor vehicle registered in the State; limiting the subtraction modification to $200 for each vehicle tracking device; and applying the Act to tax years after 2004.
