Synopsis:

Reducing the time a council of unit owners has to furnish a unit owner with a certificate for the resale of a specified unit; limiting the fee a council may charge a unit owner for reproducing documents for a certificate necessary to the resale of a unit; limiting the number of inspections of a unit; establishing a time period for a homeowners association to provide specified information for the resale of a lot in a development; etc.
