Correctional Officers' Retirement System - Benefits

Synopsis:

Altering the membership of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System to include correctional dietary, maintenance, and supply officers; altering the formula for computing the retirement allowance of members of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; establishing a Deferred Retirement Option Program for members in the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; requiring the State Retirement Agency to request specified documentation from the Internal Revenue Service; etc.
