Synopsis:

Altering the disbursement of a specified fraud prevention fee collected by the Maryland Insurance Commissioner; requiring a specified amount of the fraud prevention fee be deposited in the Vehicle Theft Prevention Fund to be used for a specified purpose; authorizing the Governor to make a specified appropriation; etc.
