Wholesale Prescription Drug and Device Distribution Protection and Licensing Act of 2005

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a wholesale distributor from knowingly taking specified actions with regard to prescription drugs or devices; making provisions of law pertaining to impoundment of drugs and records applicable to a holder of or applicant for a wholesale distributor's license; repealing requirements pertaining to a distribution permit issued by the State Board of Pharmacy; establishing requirements for a person engaging in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs or devices in the State; etc.
