Commercial Gaming - Expansion - Voter Approval Required

Synopsis:

Adding a new article to the Maryland Constitution to prohibit the General Assembly from authorizing on or after a specified date additional forms or expansion of commercial gaming without voter approval; exempting specified forms of gaming from this prohibition; defining a specified term; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
