Prohibiting a State's Attorney or law enforcement officer involved in an investigation or prosecution of sexual offenses from requesting or requiring an alleged victim of sexual offenses to submit to a polygraph examination; providing an exception for alleged victims who request to take a polygraph examination or who previously made a false statement, report, or complaint regarding sexual offenses; etc.
