Synopsis:

Requiring the Sheriff of Washington County to establish eligibility criteria to determine whether an inmate may participate in a home detention program, a work release program, or a pretrial release program; and removing the condition that an inmate may participate in these programs only if the inmate does not have any charges pending in any jurisdiction.
