Synopsis:

Prohibiting, on or after October 1, 2006, a person from selling, offering for sale, supplying or offering for supply gasoline that contains more than 0.5% of methyl tertiary butyl ether, ethyl tertiary butyl ether, or tertiary amyl methyl ether by volume; prohibiting, on or after October 1, 2010, a person from selling, offering for sale, supplying or offering for supply gasoline that contains methyl tertiary butyl ether, ethyl tertiary butyl ether, or tertiary amyl methyl ether; etc.
