Synopsis:

Requiring that, on or before January 1, 2010, the Charles H. Hickey, Jr. School be comprised of four facilities; requiring that one facility be for children pending court disposition or pending placement after disposition; requiring that three facilities be committed facilities; requiring that a specified facility be geographically, physically, and operationally separate, remote, and distinct from other facilities; prohibiting a specified facility from sharing common areas with other facilities; etc.
