Juvenile Services - Residential Programs - Use of Departmental Facilities

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Juvenile Services to ensure, to the extent practicable, that by a specified date, each child in the custody or under the guardianship of the Department who is in a residential program is in a State-funded, regional facility operated by the Department, under specified circumstances; authorizing the Department to comply with the Act by using specified private providers of residential programs under specified circumstances; etc.
