Synopsis:

Authorizing money collected for the Bay Restoration Fund from users of onsite sewage disposal systems or holding tanks to be used for grants and loans for up to 100% of the costs of connecting a residential dwelling that uses an onsite sewage disposal system or holding tank to a sewerage system.
