Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $262,500, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Melwood Horticultural Training Center, Inc. for the design, construction, and capital equipping of a septic system to service the Melwood Retreat Center, which is used to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities, located in Nanjemoy City; etc.
