Property Tax - Credit for Indoor Facilities Used Primarily for Amateur Sports

Synopsis:

Altering a specified optional tax credit against the property tax imposed by a county or municipal corporation so that athletic fields and indoor facilities used primarily for amateur sports may be eligible for the credit; and applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2005.
