Business Occupations - Security Guards - Qualifications

Synopsis:

Requiring that the standards set by the Secretary of State Police for the certification of security guards include a requirement that an individual complete a minimum level of education and training; requiring specified education and training to be provided by specified private career schools or an organization approved by the Secretary; authorizing the Secretary to waive the training requirement under specified circumstances; etc.
