Environment - Construction on Golf Course Property - Soil Samples

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from beginning or performing construction on golf course property unless the person engages an independent environmental consultant for the taking of specified soil samples; requiring the consultant to take at least 10 soil samples from specified locations; requiring specified testing of the samples; requiring the consultant to make information available to specified community associations; and requiring a consultant to perform a site-specific risk assessment under specified circumstances.
