Synopsis:

Allowing a contribution of real property to be made to a specified project under the Neighborhood and Community Assistance Program of the Department of Housing and Community Development; specifying that an individual taxpayer or trust is entitled to a specified tax credit for making a specified contribution; increasing a specified maximum tax credit allowed for a specified contribution to $250,000; etc.
