Synopsis:

Exempting individuals who object to immunizations for reasons of conscience or whose parents or guardians object to immunizations for reasons of conscience from specified immunization requirements; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified rules and regulations regarding exemptions from immunization requirements.
