Natural Resources - State Wildlands - Green Ridge State Forest

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to recommend to the General Assembly areas constituting a specified percentage of the total acreage of specified special areas of the Green Ridge State Forest to be designated as expanded State wildlands; and requiring the Department of Natural Resources to conduct a survey of Green Ridge State Forest, establish a metes and bounds description of that area, and submit a report to specified legislative committees on or before December 1, 2005.
