Task Force on the Needs of Persons with Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders - Termination Date Extension and Modifications

Synopsis:

Altering the name of the Task Force on the Needs of Persons with Co-Occurring Mental Illness and Substance Abuse Disorders; providing for additional members of the Task Force; authorizing the Governor to remove a member who has had more than a specified number of absences from Task Force meetings and to appoint another member; requiring the Task Force to identify the number of specified disparities and make specified recommendations; etc.
