Maryland Clean Energy Incentive Act of 2005

Synopsis:

Extending the income tax credit for renewable energy to include electricity generated using a combustible gas made using specified processes from an agricultural operation, landfill, or wastewater treatment plant; extending the credit to cover facilities placed in service on or after January 1, 2006, but before January 1, 2013; allowing the credit to be claimed in addition to the federal income tax credit for renewable energy; etc.
