Synopsis:

Requiring cosmetology licensees to submit satisfactory evidence of compliance with the continuing education requirements set by the State Board of Cosmetology for the renewal of a license; requiring the Board to adopt regulations regarding continuing education requirements for the renewal of a cosmetology license; providing the requirements for continuing education credits; requiring the Board to post a list of approved cosmetology educators on the Board's website; etc.
