Requiring the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Progam to integrate alternative medicine; specifying practices that must be included in the integration of alternative medicine; authorizing the Secretary of Budget and Management to contract with a private organization to integrate alternative medicine into the Program; requiring the Department of Budget and Management to submit a specified report to the General Assembly on specified dates; etc.
