Synopsis:

Altering specified eligibility criteria for special disability registration and parking placards; altering the number of special registration plates and placards that may be issued; repealing a requirement that an individual recertify a disability; requiring parking lots and signs to come into compliance with specified laws by specified dates; providing that specified parking lot changes are considered to be an alteration for the purposes of the Maryland Accessibility Code; providing for a delayed effective date; etc.
