Synopsis:

Altering specified certification requirements for recordation of deeds and other instruments of writing; providing an exception to specified certification requirements for instruments submitted for recordation that were transmitted electronically or by facsimile to specified individuals under specified circumstances; and repealing a requirement that deeds and other instruments recorded in Talbot County display specified information.
