Maryland Education Trust Fund - Video Lottery Terminals

Synopsis:

Authorizing the operation of video lottery terminals in the State; requiring the State Lottery Commission to regulate the operation of video lottery terminals; altering a specified geographic cost of education index grant that reflects regional differences in the cost of education that are due to factors outside the control of local jurisdictions to be a mandatory education funding requirement; etc.
