Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Early Voting; establishing the membership of the Task Force; specifying duties for the Task Force; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving specified compensation; authorizing a member of the Task Force to be reimbursed for specified expenses; requiring Task Force to issue a report of its findings and recommendations on or before December 31, 2005; and providing for the termination of the Act.
