Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System - Transfers of Members of the Maryland Transit Administration Police Force

Synopsis:

Transferring members of the Maryland Transit Administration Police Force from the Maryland Transit Administration Pension System to the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; requiring the Maryland Transit Administration to pay to the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System specified employer contributions and to transfer specified employer contributions to the Board of Trustees; requiring the Board of Trustees to deposit funds to the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System Accumulation Fund; etc.
