Entitled:
Public Safety - National Capital Region Mutual Aid Agreements

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State, specified governing bodies of counties and municipal corporations, and specified other governmental agencies within the National Capital Region to enter into mutual aid agreements in accordance with Section 7302 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004; and providing that specified statutes, laws, and ordinances are inapplicable to an agreement authorized by and entered into under the Act.
