Governor's Budget - Land Preservation Programs - Funding

Synopsis:

Requiring specified transfers from the General Fund to a specified special fund beginning in a specified fiscal year; providing that under specified circumstances a specified amount must be transferred from the General Fund to the special fund annually; providing that a transfer of revenues from a specified special fund to the General Fund may only occur under specified circumstances and providing for a limit on the amount that may be transferred; etc.
