Economic Development - Local Redevelopment Authorities

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Secretary of Business and Economic Development to create specified local redevelopment authorities in accordance with the federal Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990; requiring the Secretary of the Department to file articles of incorporation of an authority with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation; extending the termination date of the Maryland Military Installation Strategic Planning Council; etc.
