Synopsis:

Reorganizing State government by transferring and reassigning the duties, responsibilities, authority, and functions of the Commission on Indian Affairs from the Department of Housing and Community Development to the Department of Human Resources; transferring and reassigning the duties, responsibilities, authority, and functions of specified units and programs in the Department of Housing and Community Development to the Department of Planning; etc.
