Repealing provisions of law designating the Maryland Port Administration as a unit in the Department of Transportation and establishing it as an independent unit of State government; specifying that the head of the Administration is the Executive Director of the Maryland Port Administration; providing for the appointment, term, and removal of the Executive Director; authorizing the Executive Director to employ a staff; etc.
