Insurance Contracts - Insurable Interest - Individuals Related Closely by Blood or Law

Synopsis:

Providing that, for purposes of an insurable interest in an insured under a contract of personal insurance, the individuals related closely by blood or law to the insured shall include the spouse, descendants, ancestors, and siblings of the insured and the descendants of a sibling of the insured; establishing a presumption as to an individual related closely by blood or law to an insured; etc.
