State Government - International and Interstate Compacts and Agreements - Filing and Publication

Synopsis:

Requiring that specified international and interstate compacts and agreements be filed with the Division of State Documents in the Office of the Secretary of State; requiring the Division of State Documents to publish specified filed compacts and agreements in the Maryland Register; and authorizing the Division of State Documents to deliver specified agreements or compacts to the State Archives.
