Entitled:
Film Production Activity - Employer Wage Rebate Grant Program

Synopsis:

Establishing a program within the Department of Business and Economic Development to provide grants to rebate 50% of specified wages paid in the State by employers engaged in specified film production activity, up to a maximum of $2,000,000 for any particular film production activity; providing for the application process and criteria for eligibility for the grants; requiring the Secretary of Business and Economic Development to adopt specified regulations; etc.
