Vehicle Laws - Driver's License Fees - Military Exemption

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from imposing specified driver's license fees if the licensee or applicant is a veteran who meets specified residency requirements, served on active duty during a specified time period, and was discharged or separated from service under honorable conditions or if the licensee or applicant is a member or former member of the National Guard or other reserve component of the armed forces of the United States with at least 20 years of creditable service.
